Published in 1956. Rare.

Written by Douglas John Hollands, a Platoon Commander in the National Service with 1st Battalion Duke of Wellington’s Regiment. He was awarded the M.C. for action in Korea. This is a book telling true stories using fictional characters, based on real people.

The Edge of the Sword

Published in 1954. Rare.

Written by Captain Anthony Farrar-Hockley, D.S.O, M.C. A Captain in the Gloucestershire Regiment. He fought at the famed Imjin River battle and was captured. This is his story of that battle and the treatment at the hands of the Chinese and North Koreans.

Mist on the Rice-Fields

By Colonel John Shipster of the Middlesex Regiment. He served in both Burma during WWII and again in Korea. This book is about his account of both those wars.
